In a prior life I was a match-maker for job candidates and positions, a recruiter fo senior through executive. My talent was to find the "perfect match": the right position, money, talent, location, style, etc.
Today I'm doing the same, finding clients their "perfect" Boulder County home: style, location, money, etc.
It takes getting to really know that client: what they need, want, are capable of, what styles, preferences, attitudes, who they are as people. The whole package.
Given that and a chance to show market options, the pieces of the "perfect home" puzzle fall into place - often surprisingly quickly. My buyers know what they want and what's possible. So when the "perfect" place comes on the market, they recognize it immediately. They're decisive. They act. And they're thrilled with the experience and the result.
